Hack and Slash - QC Files (17:15 PST)
To make it easier for people who don't have Quake Army Knife to
use the GPL Hack and Slash Quake C patches, I have released a
new version of Hack and Slash
with all of the Quake patches extracted into .qc files.

Hack and Slash - Y2K Apocalypse Edition (08:45 PST)
Check out this amazing new version
of our revolutionary 3rd person hand to hand action Quake conversion.
We've redesigned the controls with a new lock-on targeting system,
automatic jumping and climbing, gamepad and joystick freindly settings,
and smarter computer controlled opponents. An updated version of the
Wyvern Monastery battlefeild and Hack and Slash versions of Greg Mapes'
Void levels are included.

Free Models Project - 3 New Models (08:45 PST)
Cyrus says he's done with Quake 1 model editing, but first
he's got couple of new models for you to use as long as you
give him credit. Check out his great
FBI/Terrorist and
Goatdemon models.
Lithiumbat has also released a new Quake 1 model - for the
Open Quartz GPL Monsters
collection. This huge-horned "Freek" has a base frame
and textures but it needs animation.

Open Quartz - GPL Pak file (08:45 PST)
We've produced so much GPL content
that you can actually play a completely GPL game of deathmatch Quake.
(Of course it would be very quiet - we still need GPL sounds!)
Now we've put together a complete GPL pak file that you can download
and see for yourself. Greg Mapes has also put together a pak file
of silent "null" sounds which should be useful.
